Welcome to my personal website!
My name is Sama’a Salama and I am a second year linguistics PhD student at McGill University supervised by Dr. Martina Martinović and Dr. Junko Shimoyama. I am interested in/work on under-studied languages, such as Kichwa and Sereer, as well as my mother tongue Egyptian Arabic.
I recieved my Honours B.A in Linguistics at the University of Ottawa where I was supervised by Dr. Andrés Pablo Salanova and Dr. Naomi Francis . My research interests are within the realm of semantics, syntax, and their interfaces.
